AI agents that work alongside your sales engineers

Every commitmentyour factorycan actually keep.

What changes

One person can onlycheck so much.

Today

A deal arrives. Somebody has to size it, derate it for the site, check what it does to the certification, and find a price that is not a guess.

He runs three deals at a time.

The fourth waits. Then a competitor answers first, or the customer stops replying, and nobody can say exactly when it died.

With yuktivra

The agent takes the deals you hand it. It sizes them, derates them, prices them from your own bill of materials, and answers the customer while the enquiry is still warm.

He takes the calls that matter.

The rest are not sitting in a queue. They are being worked, and they come back to him when there is something to decide.

He used to run three at a time. He now runs nine, and the ones he is not on are still moving.

A manufacturer, in their words. Not measured by us.

Capabilities

A quote is a commitment. These four decide whether you keep it.

01
Compliance and configuration

Sized for the site it ships to.

Adjusted for altitude and heat, not the catalogue number. Flags the rule that changes the price before the quote goes out.

02
Quoting from live inventory

The date is never a guess.

What is on the shelf, what is promised elsewhere, and what can actually be built. Only the buildable number gets a delivery date attached to it.

03
Purchase orders

Nothing is accepted unread.

Every order is checked against the quote it is supposed to match. Anything that changed gets flagged before it is processed.

04
Sales orders

Only one place can edit a deal.

The sales order is generated from the quote you already approved. No second copy for someone to edit out of step with it.

Bounded by construction

Your CRM knows the deal. Your inventory knows the cost. Neither knows the spec, the price and the date you signed.

yuktivra computes all three. It does not generate them.

It sizes. It derates. It costs. It corresponds.

01It cannot invent a specification.
02It cannot price below your floor.
03It cannot accept an order.
04It cannot write a field a person owns.

Working alongside the agent

You work the deal.So does the agent.

A customer writes. A clock comes round. A reviewer approves. Every other trigger in this system arrives from outside. This is the one that starts with you.

Not a chat box beside your CRM, which is one more place to look. The same deal, the same record, at the same time. Tell it where a deal stands and it picks the deal up from there.

Its own deals

You decide which deals are the agent’s. It opens them, corresponds, quotes, and works them without asking.

Your deals

It writes in your name, so the first draft is yours to approve. After that it carries the thread and brings back anything that would cross a line.

One deal, in turns
you

Just got off a call with them. They want to add a second unit later this year, so hold the delivery date until they confirm.

agent

Noted. Your team quoted this same customer last month, for a different job. Nobody mentioned it here.

you

Different kind of job. Price this one fresh.

agent

Priced from your real costs, sized for where it is going. It crosses a rule that changes both what we may sell them and the price. The date is what the shop can build by.

agent

Ready for you to check. Nothing reaches the customer until you approve it.

You bring

What was said out loud. The reason behind the delay, the thing the customer has not put in writing, the call nobody logged.

It brings

What is written down. The quote raised in another team, the floor under the price, the date the shop can actually hold.

quiet

Silence is not "nothing happened lately". It is "we owe them an answer". A deal where the customer wrote yesterday and nobody replied is not them going quiet. It is us.

It corresponds with your customer inside the rules you set. It cannot go below your floor, change a specification, or accept an order.

Architecture

One record.Four systems.

Most of this work is not writing to customers. It is knowing what is true. The record is shared by your engineering rules, your CRM and your inventory, and exactly one of them is permitted to write each field.

Enforcement

Not policy.Construction.

Everyone promises guardrails. These are properties of the build, and each one fails loudly rather than degrading quietly.

The build fails, not a warningThree separate floor checksApproval dies if the number movesOne writer per fieldCross-writes recorded, never merged
01

The AI cannot touch your price.

The part of the system that talks to an AI model is walled off from the part that sets a number. (Enforced by an automated check on every change, not a person remembering to look. The build stops if the wall is crossed.)

02

A price below cost cannot go out.

Three separate checks would have to fail at once for a price under your floor to reach a customer. (The calculator, a human approval, and a final check right before sending.)

03

An approved quote cannot quietly change.

If a number moves after you approve it, the approval no longer counts and it has to be signed off again. (Tied to the exact contents of the quote, not just its ID.)

04

Two people cannot silently overwrite each other.

If someone edits a field they should not, it is recorded as a conflict rather than quietly saved over. (Nothing is ever merged in the background.)

Verify it

Every claim hereis checkable.

Most companies claiming this kind of AI cannot back it up. Do not take our word for it. Bring this to the call and check it yourself.

The rule is named, not implied.

The packages that may not call a model are enumerated, not described.

A broken rule stops the release.

Not a warning somebody can wave through. The pipeline stops.

The cost goes two levels down.

The real cost of the parts under the parts, not a percentage added on top.

Nothing is overwritten.

Every change keeps the version it replaced.

Sixteen packages may never call a model.
Not a guideline. A test reads the imports of
every one of them, and the build stops if a
single package reaches an LLM, directly or
through something else that does.
The sizing, the costing and the floor are
arithmetic. They cannot be talked into a
different answer.

Bring one live enquiry. We will show you the buildup.

We will size it for the site it is going to, cost it from your own real costs, and show you every number underneath.

Taking a small number of manufacturers this year.
